The Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that today it received a notice from Generali Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, that on 21 July 2023, as a result of the liquidation of NNLife Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (hereinafter “NNLife OFE”), its assets were transferred to Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (hereinafter “Generali OFE”), as a result of which the share of Generali OFE in the share capital and the total number of votes of PKP CARGO S.A. exceeded the 5% threshold.
