The Management Board of PKP CARGO SA aims to apply, to the broadest extent possible, the "Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies". Therefore the Company strives to ensure maximum transparency of its actions, an appropriate level of communication with investors, and shareholder rights protection also where these are not addressed by the law.
